While we have been in the process of establishing our brick-and-mortar location, we have been hosting powerful pop-up events in Metrowest communities. These gatherings focused on embodiment, well-being, sound healing, sacred ceremonies, and introductions to our signature yoga style. We also offered teachings and educational courses from our practitioners and leaders in the field, along with opportunities to explore cutting-edge wellness technology and the transformative reasons behind its use.
Recognizing the loneliness and isolation many experience, community building was at the heart of these events. We saw firsthand that true healing and transformation occur when people come together, share their journeys, and support one another. These workshops and gatherings cultivated a sense of belonging and mutual respect, fostering deep connections and friendships that continue to inspire and empower us.
