December Full Moon Sound Healing Ceremony

In the midst of the year’s busiest and most frenetic season, this sound healing ceremony offers you a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self. The Cold Moon—a time of stillness and release—invites us to let go of what no longer serves, creating space for clarity and peace as we prepare for the quiet embrace of winter.

Through a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Ceremony and Guided Meditation, you’ll be gently led inward to realign your energy and tap into profound inner wisdom. This evening marks the debut of three new Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, each bringing unique vibrational frequencies to enhance your healing experience. Emmy Mathis, BODHI’s Founding Healer, will guide you in clearing energy blocks and invoking the moon’s light to support deep relaxation, renewal, and balance.

Full Moons are a time for reflection and release, offering a chance to celebrate our journey while shedding what no longer aligns. The Cold Moon, the last full moon of the year, encourages introspection and preparation for new beginnings as the natural world slows down. This sacred gathering will help you ground the hectic energy of the season and restore a sense of calm amidst the holiday rush.

This Pop-Up Event is in collaboration with The Nest Yoga, a home-based yoga studio in Lincoln, MA, nestled in the woods. With over 20 years of teaching experience, The Nest’s director, Muriel, believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or body type. Her playful and rejuvenating classes build strength, balance, and focus while promoting deep relaxation.
