Sarah received her medical degree from Tufts University in 1994, and went on to specialize in Pediatrics at Fletcher Allen Hospital at the University of Vermont. For the past 28 years she had been working at Harvard teaching hospitals in the Boston area. In the beginning of her career, due to her stressful lifestyle working long hours in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and raising 3 young children, Sarah began experiencing health issues. As she used her own body as a barometer she went on an exploration of healing strategies.
On this journey she discovered the power of holistic health practices and was drawn to learn more about Shamanism. Her studies led her to Peru where she became initiated into the Incan tradition of Shamanism. As she traveled on her own health journey, she recognized the profound transformation holistic health practices could offer to anyone interested in true healing.
As she was able to heal herself with a combination of lifestyle changes and healing modalities, she understood that all illness is profoundly affected by one’s physical, mental and spiritual well–being. She recognized that everyone has the potential to heal themselves.
This revelation inspired her to leave the Hospital setting to begin her own private practice helping people heal their longstanding health issues.
She is passionate about integrating ancient wisdom with modern medicine to help empower her clients to have agency over their own health. She has had extraordinary results helping people heal their chronic health issues, and now is offering what she believes is true healing support.
